Bloom where you're planted - issue #03...

bloom where you're planted

This weekend I realized that in my transition to the south I have neglected a really important part of my life.  During my time living in Seattle, yoga became a huge part of my life.  I've missed my studio and instructors so much that I allowed this feeling of loss to paralyze me from finding a new yoga community.

Well, that's it!  I am going to stop feeling sorrow for the loss of my old routine and fulfill this essential part of my life!  This week I will be visiting three studios one of which I will make my new yoga home.

I feel the same way about my gym in NY and all the awesome classes they had. I still haven't found my groove, but determined to do so within the next few weeks.

Right there with you. I had a terrific yoga practice in Boulder, and I've completely lost it since living here. I could walk there, it was so convenient and wonderful... and now having to drive everywhere around here has really put a damper on it for me. You're inspiring me to get back into it! I really miss it, too.
